Just 10 minutes’ walk along a path to the port of Steni Vala where there are restaurants, cafes and a Mini market.
Built on the peninsula at Agios petros with amazing views into the marine park and of Peristera Island opposite.
Park your car under the shade of a pine tree on a concrete area and walk to the right 15 m onto the terrace and the front door. This terrace has a traditional BBQ in the corner with a large wooden table with bench seats and chairs for 6 people.
To the right of the front door there are steps into the studio that also has an entrance to the back.
The studio has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, Airconditioning there are open wardrobes with hanging rails. The hall area of the studio has a kitchenette with sink, kettle, fridge and utensils for making drinks.
There is a window with flyscreens and shutters and a balcony to the front with two chairs and a small table. Views to the sea straight ahead.
The studio bedroom is Decorated in cooling white with artworks on the walls from the painter who owned the house many yrs ago.
The large bathroom has an open shower, wc and sink and decorated in light Grey.
The floors are a soothing polished Grey hard surface
The main front door of the villa leads into the kitchen and opens plan living area.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances required and full hob and over. The sink has views onto the pine covered terrace and sea views into the marine park.
A large fridge freezer sits in the corner close to a glass top table and 4 wooden chairs. Large windows look out onto the side patio with seas views.
The living area has 2 bench seats with comfortable cushions and scatter pillows. There is a coffee table and bookcase. In the corner is a traditional fireplace for decoration. The walls are cooling white and traditional stone plaka floors.
Large artworks from the painter decorate the walls. A door leads out onto the side terrace.
From the living area there are 7 stone steps that lead you into the upstairs bedroom where there is a large open space with living area and a bedroom to the right.
The double bed is set on a low pine wood platform and has 2 bedside lamps.
The floor in the bedroom is Pine wood and there is an open wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. There is a chair and bureau for decoration. Cooling white walls and more artworks from the painter.
The living space has a large red sofa which can bed made into a bed two. There are large patio style doors and windows with separate mosquito screens. Natural light floods into the room. There is an air con unit to the left of the patio doors.
A polished grey floor compliments the white walls. The large open plan bathroom is to the right with Ligh grey color. A sink is in the area before you go into the main bathroom with open shower and wc .
From the living area you can exit via the patio doors onto a terrace and turn left and either go up 5 steps to the master bedroom or follow the 6 steps down to the terrace and living room entrance.
The master bedroom up the 5 steps has its own entrance which leads into a light and airy room with 5 windows that have mosquito nets.All with sea views.
The traditional Alonissos wooden roof brings coziness to the room
The double bed had a painted concrete shelf behind the bed, two bedside tables and lamps. There is a medium fridge set in a recess and a small sink and drink making facilities. An open wardrobe has hanging rails and shelves.
Cooling white walls decorated with Pictures from the painter. Traditional plaka stone floors keep the room cool. There is an air con unit close to the bathroom entrance.

The main terrace by the back of the kitchen door has a large wooden table and 6 chairs
There are 6 wooden sunbeds with cushions, and 2 deckchair style chairs to relax in.
To the left of the kitchen door there is a small bathroom with sink and toilet and the washing machine.
The terraces have sea views to sit on and enjoy watching the boats go by and being shaded by pine trees.
Follow a small path from the terrace just 25 m down on to the jetty where you can swim from the jetty by jumping in or using the iron fixed ladder.

- General Information The use of this website and the services provided by ALONNISOS TRAVEL is subject to the present Booking Terms and Conditions, which apply to all online bookings. By booking a property or any other services provided by ALONNISOS TRAVEL (alonnisostravel.com) (“The Company”), for the rental of a property (the “Property”) means that you have agreed and accepted the Booking Terms and Conditions of ALONNISOS TRAVEL. For the purposes of the agreement, “you” means, collectively, the person signing this agreement and each of the other guests booked to stay at the Property during the rental period. The Company is an agent to the owner and/or the property management company of the Property (the “Owner”)
- Booking Procedures Upon completion of the relevant fields through our booking form on our website, you give explicit mandate to the Company to proceed with the booking. After made a booking, you shall receive confirmation of your booking and purchasing by e-mail. You are obliged to verify the accuracy of the confirmation data and immediately inform the Company for any discrepancies or errors in the original registered reservation. In case of late reporting to of any errors and discrepancies, the Company bears no responsibility and you are not entitled to back out of the contract.
- Booking Confirmation – Full payment In order for your reservation to be valid, you must pay an amount of 30% of the total amount, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation of your reservation for any reason. We have 3 payment methods ΄΄ A) by credit card (online payment) B) PayPal (on line payment) and C) Via bank transfer If you choose the C) way, the Company must receive a payment of 30% within 5 days of the reservation request. Any late payments will be accepted only at the discretion of the Company and may result in the cancellation of this agreement Full payment is required 7 weeks before arrival.

- Cancellation Policy The 30% advance payment for the validity of the reservation is non-refundable after 48 hours. The remaining amount of the payment that you will have to pay 7 weeks before your arrival is non-refundable.
- Insurance We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip. As explained in our cancellation policy, should you cancel your booking 4 weeks prior arrival you will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday.
- Your responsibilities You are solely responsible for all damages, injuries and losses in connection with the occupancy or use of the Property by you or your guests. You must ensure that the Property and all furniture, fixtures and effects remain in the same condition and location as when you checked-in.
- Use of Property You cannot carry out any illegal activity at the Property or any activity that could be reasonably considered a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner or the occupants of neigh-boring land. Unless otherwise authorized by the Owner or the Company, you may not bring any animals to the Property. The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified in this agreement or on the Company’s website. Parties, weddings, receptions and other such functions. Any exception will require advance written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the Property are allowed on the Property at any one time, unless disclosed to and agreed upon by Property Manager in writing.
- Use of website For use of the website you must be over the age of 18 and undertake the liability for any use of this website by minors on your behalf. You are obliged to use the website according to the law and complying with our general terms and conditions. Any use of the application for misleading purposes or profit, or purposes that could cause any damage to the provision of services is prohibited. Any non-legitimate action in the use of this website shall result in your exclusion from accessing the services provided.
- Personal Concierge Following your booking, the Company may offer to help coordinate or organize certain guest services for you in connection with your property rental. Cancellation
ALONISSOS TRAVEL & MORE IKE requires from the tenant 30% of the total amount of the reservation as a deposit in order for the reservation to be considered valid. The above amount is non-refundable.
The remaining 70% must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. After 42 days your reservation will be considered as not made. The upper amount is non-refundable.

Children up to 11,99 years old are free of charge. Children 12 years and over are charged as adults.
